Warranties and Repairs

Warranty Repair Process

Having problems with one of our products? First thing, contact us to discuss the issue - we'll be able to talk you through troubleshooting, and figure out if repairs are required.

If you do need to send the device in for repairs, we'll be able to tell you if it's under warranty and give you an RMA to get the process rolling.

If the device is under warranty:
