Logging In

By navigating to https://miranda.benpeoples.com/ you can login to the Miranda management site.

Enter your email address and password to log in. It's recommended to click the Remember me button unless you are on a public device that you do not want to stay logged in. This will keep you logged in for 30 days.

If you have bookmarked a particular part of the site and you get this login window instead, your login credentials expired and you need to log back in. The site will redirect you back to the page you selected.

Interface Options

Miranda controllers can be networked together (through the internet), which results in a level complexity above that of a typical controller. At a top level, we have two main interfaces for the Miranda System: Default (Or "Architectural Lighting") and Cinema/Television. These differ in several critical ways.

Default

• Controllers are always controlled and programmed together within a System
• Cues are typically triggered by schedules, occasionally by preset buttons
• Reprogramming and reconfiguration is expected to happen locally
• Snapshots not supported
• sACN bridging not supported

Cinema/TV

• Controllers are controlled and programmed individually
• Systems provide a logical grouping of controllers for access control mostly.
• Cues are almost always triggered by preset buttons
• Reprogramming is expected to be pretty frequent
• Snapshots are supported
• sACN bridging is supported

Changing Interface Mode

When you log in, you will automatically be in Default mode (you'll see this Dashboard with a sauropod in the top left corner).

If needed, you can change modes by clicking on the Interfaces tab in the menu and selecting Television/Cinema mode from the drop-down menu.
